Saw this and was infuriated. It's well beyond "clickbait." It's a flat out lie.

These people all know the statistics about attention on their websites. People browse the headlines. If they feel like they already know the story, they move on and feel informed. Otherwise they click. FoxNews has been zealously writing vague headlines specifically designed to get you to click because that increases ad revenues for them. If they're writing a headline that's clear and concise like this, they want you to read, feel informed, and move on.

It's deliberate. There is no possibility this was a mistake.
