I can tell by the writing style that it's him. Also, not to play armchair psychologist, but it would seem that NPD is the reason he follows you around. It's based on a person's insecurities.
Eh, I don’t like to armchair diagnose. He has his worldview and it’s as real to him as mine is to me. I don’t fault him his passion. The world would genuinely be terrifying and frustrating if I believed what he did and found the world as unconvinced as it appears to be despite the efforts he puts forth. It would be frustrating for anyone.
Sorry Ogre, I typically agree with you, but you're wrong on this one. It is the most blatantly obvious thing about him. I lived with someone that had NPD, and Zeitreise is textbook, and I mean textbook NPD.
You know how you can tell if someone has NPD? They don't see anything wrong with it. In fact, they might actually admit it. And anytime I've stated it about him (and I said the same to QStrat), he's never refuted it.
You're being far too generous if you're just listening to him as if he was the same as the majority of Qs here.
It’s more that the difference between personality traits and personality disorders lies largely in whether it’s causing objective social dysfunction.
It’s largely impossible to detect that kind of nuance on the internet. Personality traits get exaggerated. People can curate their image much more easily, boost traits of theirs that they are proud of, and more easily conceal ones they are insecure about.
Can you tell whether Zeitreise is being sincere in his beliefs? Can you tell whether he acts in real life the way he acts here, or even expresses his beliefs in real life? Can you determine whether the way he handles real life situations is in any way comparable to the way he communicates when there are zero consequences?
Without that information, you can’t determine social dysfunction, and therefore can’t determine a disorder exists. Disorders have to cause actual social problems, and none of the drama that occurs here necessarily translates into social dysfunction since there are no real consequences. This makes legitimate diagnosis impossible.
I’m not saying you’re right or wrong or opining at all on it. I’m saying that I just don’t like using accusations of psychological disorders as a means of addressing a conflict in an online debate.
It becomes more difficult to destigmatize the topic when I am okay with speculating about people’s mental health when I find them incorrigible on the internet.
Sure, fair enough, I don't see him in his day-to-day life, this isn't scientifically backed; but call it a strong, anecdotal hunch.
Also, I have a hard time believing that he is nuanced enough to curate a personality or "character" when he lashes out at people. I have yet to see that level of creativity or savviness.
Clothes are just the Man’s way of telling you to be uncomfortable with God’s image. If you aren’t naked, you’re just a slave to the standards of propriety set forth by those in power as a means of selling you things they’ve convinced you that you need. God never claimed you needed clothing. Covering yourself was evidence of sin in Genesis.
Take the red pill. Accept the image in which you were made by God. Reject clothing.

Thank you for proving my point.
