Pedophiles cannot be rehabilitated or cured; the lives of sexually abused children are changed forever; and not all child sex offenders limit their crimes to sex crimes (as if that's not bad enough). Other than custodial disputes, children are kidnapped for one reason only... and most are not found alive.

But, she's concerned about the "current climate of fear, hatred, and revenge...". This all makes perfect sense for a Liberal. She'll be confirmed...guaranteed.
