You forgot Anthrax during 9/11

A company was trying to sell an Anthrax Vaccine to Congress for the military and there was no interest.

Enter the Patriot Act. 3 Senators held up its vote / passage crying foul - they were the senators that received Anthrax packages.

Suddenly congress wanted the vaccines.
