I am inclined to agree. Ultimately the most major fallout has to come against the governments of the world forcing and pushing this.

Pfizer and Moderna can receive their reckoning, but what they did was produce the product. The governments and other third parties did the legwork in lying, mandating, mandating by proxy through the private sector (possibly worse as they circumvented the Constitution to do so) and marketing for them.
