If we were to rid ourselves of the SES, and other administrative bureaucrats that are the "Deep State", all must be fired. And hire locally. But carefully. Even the locals have been influenced. Such as libraries, peddling pornographic book, drag queens, etc.

So it is not so simple as moving a Dept to Kansas or Missouri you have to do real clean up of the filth. Make each Dept smaller, with smaller salary and bennies and perks.

And totally abolish the CIA at minimum, Dept of Education and FBI. The states can do educating and investigating. Need to find a serial killer, combine states affected to a task force. The FBI has been corrupt since its inception, as is the CIA.
