The propaganda is getting stranger, and stranger. Stacey Abrams has a cameo on Star Trek Discovery on TV. Her character is "President of United Earth." It has an NWO ring to it. Fortunately, the ratings for this series are very bad, and audience reviews are unfavorable.

"Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country" was a pretty poignant allegory for the end of the Soviet Union.

Fair point. Pre-Worf Klingons were always entertaining. I shudder to think what the current gaggle of offerings has made of our glowering ridge-headed baddies.
