Being evil is a choice , not a genetic designation.
Even in the Bible, people from notoriously Bad bloodlines, served God’s will and benefited humanity greatly.
In the end, free will is a thing for everyone so it all comes down to a choice.

But it does mean you should be very careful when dealing with another person from that demographic, and downright fearful with a large group of people from that demographic.
