The simplest solution is to give them their own competition. I never understood this argument from the start. Oh right it's because nobody is interested in financing an actual fringe minorities competition. I come from a gaming background that allowed me to see eSports rise from nothing. When there was no money in the space and people competed just for bragging rights we found a way to build it into their current state with sponsor funded tournaments and gamers actually able to game full time instead of after their day job and praying they'll get time off to compete or go back on the job search after being fired or decide that slavewage guaranteed check is better than trying to break that chain of oppression. There's a reason why they don't do this and it's all about money. People barely watch women's sports so who exactly would be the target audience for a bunch of mentally ill people competing? Definitely not the cord cutting twitter activist who only views videos on Netflix or a tweet.
