They TELL people what to think about each news item
E.g., if normies learn Biden has taken bribes from Ukraine, but aren't told how to feel about that (that they should be outraged, he's doing what Trump was impeached for, he's compromised and needs to be removed at once), it will bounce off their brain like every other random fact they encounter that day that bounces off them. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
Still the globalists will do everything in their power to prevent the knowledge from seeping out, like Crenshaw calling Ukr biolabs a "conspiracy theory".
