Russia stacking gold and now apparently the Russian people can do it as well. China- well who on earth knows what they're doing. What are your plans to protect your wealth?

I'm holding gold, silver, foreign currency and crypto. I only keep bill paying $ in the bank for over 2 years now. The dollar has been on a steady decline.
