Some of these "estimates" are so wildly disproportionate that I'd question the survey methods used -- or else the intelligence of the average responder. For example, who could conclude that 30% of America's population (almost 100 million people!) live in New York City? (Or Texas, or California?) Why, when the world average for left-handed people is 12%, would it be 34% in the USA?
That said, I hope the 32% for "own a gun" is a result of sample bias, especially if fully 58% of America aren't D*mocrats.
