I believe newer versions of MAC OS can actually run iOS software, if your MAC has one of the new Apple M1 chips. I have an older MAC or I'd track this down.

Yeah, there's many android emulators (free and commercial). You can also just download the Android SDK directly from Google as it includes an emulator. Unlike Apple, they're open about all that.
