YES, having read the Joint Statement, my take is, Russia an China aren't necessarily opposed to the NWO, they are just consolidating power (brics + anti-us) to get more control on the fabric of it's creation. All the buzz words ARE there, AI surveillance, digital currency, green economy etc etc. In a lame attempt to defend national sovereignty they pay lip service to cultural identity but bow to international law. I SUGGEST you read it if you haven't already.
