It's also about over turning a system based on lies and secrecy. You really think people are going to trust a new system when the old system was taken down using the same tools of lies and secrecy? No. They won't. The crimes and punishment meted out have to be done in public for all to see. Otherwise we've just replaced one set of masters we now know, with another set we have no clue about.
