Barlow knew the internet could go two ways.

One was closed and the other open.

This post was meant for Snowden to do the right thing.

Where did Snowden go? Russia.

What did he bring? Proof.

Bad elements in NSA? Bad elements in CIA?

This post was reminding Snowden of what Barlow advocated in his open Declaration.
