I agree but my point is you are not going to get all women to agree. Even if one of the lesser performing athletes agreed, they would likely end up just competing anyways knowing they would be able to place higher.

This does not end without the officials of whatever sport refusing the men, not the competitors. You CANNOT leave it up to the competitors, as some of them spend their lives working on this and won't just simply walk away.
