I am quite certain that Joe is quite comfortable with that sort of action. If he cannot keep from pawing children on camera, I imagine if he were to lead them away to a dark room where none of those pesky parent's could stop him or swat his hand away.....well, I'm not so confident that he would tell himself to stop what he is doing.
