Agreed. 1) He is already under investigation so there's that. 2) He left the incriminating evidence on the laptop and there's a theory he left it for the very reason of it being discovered/released and doing damage to "the big guy" as payback for a lifetime of abuse. and 3) He would be a direct link and be able to provide testimony against pResdent Burden.
