"First arrest" doesn't HAVE to mean only one person.

So, my preferred first unsealed indictment and first arrest would be something that includes multiple charges for multiple people in different areas (different parts of government, industry, medicine, etc) including a big ol' RICO charge to tie it, and the perps, all together.

The perps would include both Clintons, Obummer, "Joe Biden" and the smartest man he knows: Hunter -- and about a hundred others in the upper echelons of gov't, past and present, plus Fauci, past and present bigwigs at the FDA and EVERY other federal agency, Bill "the friendly geek" who wants to kill most of humanity for our own good, and . . . hell, I could go on all day.
