Yes Zelenko has been the best. I have been on his protocol for approx 6 months. I've recently added the Stinging Nettle, Bromelain, & NAC and my terrible ongoing congestion problem is magically clearing up!

Stinging nettle was what I took before, a miracle. Works better than ibuprofen or other NSAIDS on any inflammation. It also appears to calm the appetite.
