This right here is a very good response. I want to speak with OP one on one to give him a more in depth response after dealing with this for so long. Magnesium glycerate, magnesium Theronate, l-theanine, lemon balm, kava kava, ashgwanda, and many many more. Theronate passes the blood brain barrier which may be something to look into.
