For me, MAJORLY upping my B12, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium intake has helped a ton. Parasites can also contribute to anxiety, irritable mood, mood swings, depression. Grounding has helped and just committing to sitting in the sun for 15-20 minutes every day has helped. Turning off the breaker for my room at night has helped (cutting the electricity for that specific room).
