I suffered from panic attacks when I was around 30 y/o. I tried CBD which helped but was expensive. I then tried a supplement called "Genius Joy" which I think helped a lot. It has Vitamin D, a bunch of B vitamins, SAM-e, 5-HTP and a bunch of other active ingredients. Within a couple of months, the panic attacks were basically gone, but I still had some anxiety.
I then tried Wim Hof's breathing techniques, which is really powerful for treating anxiety/depression. It basically consists of 30 rounds of slow deep breathing (fully in, fully out) then holding your breath for a minute or so. Repeat the process as many times as you want and you should feel very relaxed and calm afterwards. I do it every morning and it's immensely helpful for stress/anxiety. Once you're experienced, you should be able to hold your breath for 2-3 minutes. You can find a bunch of youtube videos that will guide you through it.
I know panic attacks are horrible, so I hope you find something that works for you soon.
