Apparently they can't map the brain without first putting graphene nanoparticles in people (which then migrate to the brain), but they can't put graphene oxide in people for testing ever because it's highly toxic.
Maybe if they can covertly run a mass experiment to see how much graphene they can put in people before they become obviously sick, they will have plenty of unwitting subjects to experiment with their brain scans on. Further, they will have human toxicity data that they could not have legally gained otherwise. But how will Elon Musk ever get such an opportunity? Hmm...
