He does have some good songs. They reminded me of original Hank Jr & if I want to hear that type I listen to Hank. “Country Music” is a broad term. It’s as political as DC. The majority of the artists on country radio I don’t like. The ones on the radio I do like I wouldn’t call them country. I believe Americana genre is closer to the original country music. Heck I like Sturgill Simpson’s music, he’s never been nominated or on the radio. I don’t agree with his political views. He doesn’t like Trump & is a liberal. But he never posted political views on Instagram. I’ve seen fan’s comment. He did serve in the military. I hope some of these people find out they were wrong. In the long run doesn’t matter what side of the political fence they are on. The only way it will make a difference if they loose their fortunes and find out how the rest of us live.
