It seems to me they want Ukrainians in Ukraine to use as a meat shield for some weird purposes.

I have a friend who showed me video sent to him by his friend's dad in Ukraine. It showed the Ukranians preventing citizens from leaving. A few disobeyed and started running. They got shot. Horrible!

I also saw a video (of someone I don't know) saying she couldnt get past the Ukranian army to leave the country, so she escaped into Russia, instead, and was safe.
