My Floridian daughter recently was denied an Uber for not wearing a mask. Her ride was canceled, and she was charged. The driver reported her, and she received this email telling her to take a photo in a mask to be allowed to ride. She called a Lyft instead.

She takes Ubers all the time, and this was the first time the mask was an issue. She hasn't even carried one with her for a year, so she didn't have one to put on.
