I may be wrong on this but it's possible the image has been photoshopped?

Hard to tell because Twatter removes most of the metadata when one uploads a file to Twatter, as well as alter the compression of the original image.

Seems like someone tried to analyze the image earlier today (at around 3:50 P.M. GMT) but what's odd is that the file was first created at around 10:30 P.M. GMT TODAY...?

I haven't really used this tool in a while so I may be wrong on my analysis but I was shown this tool by someone who used to be on GA.Win but he left a few months ago. He would have known more on how to analyze this better than me.

I'm just leaving this here for anyone to look at and do their own analysis but we have to remember, I'm using the image I got off Twatter and Twatter removes most of the metadata as well as alter the compression so if anyone knows where to find the original, "unaltered" image elsewhere, then feel free to use that with the tool I provided! Would be nice to also link it here for us to do our analysis as well!
