TIL that parts of the 9/11 files being released due to EO 14040 are redacted due to the Bank Secrecy Act and it’s blanket prohibitions on SAR info. This reads as if it’s less to do with catching money laundering and more to do with facilitating it. (media.greatawakening.win)
