It would be a pre-emptive strike against all the vaxxed zombies out there when they find out they were give safe and effective "Super AIDS" and they turn on their masters.

Looks like siege warfare is back on the menu! Not the first sci-fi plot where shit like this happened only for the survivors to either be waiting right outside when they finally emerge or using heavy equipment to burrow down to their bunkers and crack them open like crabs.
