If JFK Jr is dead, then "no" is the correct answer.

If JFK Jr is alive, then there are three possible answers Q could give:

"yes" = the world goes nuts

no answer at all = everyone assumes the answer is yes because Q didn't say no, so the world goes nuts

"No" = disinformation so the world doesn't go nuts.
