It's been 2 years since I've been in the office and they have finally lifted the mask mandate. Thing is, they gave bonuses to those that got vaccinated and larger bonuses to "teams" over 75% vaxed. How do I not walk up to the HR rep that sent all the emails and red pill him with a sledge hammer, of links from here? So torn, maybe I should finish the meeting I was called in for, before giving him some "education".... The management never required vax, but they did incentive it. Very grey area between the 2, IMO....

Don't worry about it, not worth losing your job if your not ready to yet. If u didn't take it don't make yourself a target unless you're ready to exit. If most of your team got the clot shot just don't say anything not worth it. The only thing worth mentioning are the fetus particals and the hiv, but even that isn't worth starting a fight over. I get it, it burns me too, but the company hasn't made it an employment requirement so I just won't bring it up. Not worth the heated discussions it bring with ppl u need fo work alongside with. Again do it if you're leaving if not let it go and don't make yourself a target.
