Her qualifications are 1) black 2) vagina. Biden literally told us as much when he guaranteed he'd nominate a black woman. When immutable characteristics like race and sex are at the forefront of contemporary politics, the value of legal interpretation and integrity is flattened to its minimum. It's par for the course for the commies: everything is an inversion of God's law and creation.
