My decode is that Trump (referenced in the article as the Empire State rock, also the rock's size is 45 (0) meters) will use Ukraine info from 2013 (the fake numbers match coordinates in Ukraine) to get Obama (name of the rock, 2013 BO76). Maybe he'll swing, as swinging by is mentioned. Another asteroid is also featured in the same article, 2022 EB5, which looks like EBS, suggesting the EBS system.
Also of note are the references to Hungary (the observatory) and Scandinavia (the other asteroid fell on the norwegian sea. I have less confidence in decoding this, but it's worth noting that Russia issued an arrest warrant for the Hungarian Soros, and that the Swedish PM just got Covid.
