It looks like he doesn’t really care about what they are saying. I think he believes he is Untouchable (not in the caste system sense, though). I cannot wait for him to be proven wrong!

I think he is there for some bullshit reason like “preaching about the benefits of democracy” or some such nonsense, considering it is coming from him. When have they ever let the people know what they are doing? Maybe he is there as Swabby’s boy-toy.
