Isnt it a civil case? Meaning no arrests can be made. This is purely monetary.

It was the only way to get the ball rolling, with Deep State controlling federal law enforcement. After this we need a MAGA tsunami, and double impeachment.

Well someone else mentioned that a civil rico could only be filed if those involved already had criminal pending. So this might be pretty telling.
