Releasing any type of chemical or biological weapon would affect Russia as well as Ukraine due to the close proximity and the prevailing wind directions. So why would Putin do that? It doesn't make sense. Obvious FF set up, IMO. If we have US funded biolabs operational in Ukraine, why would Biden leave them on the battlefield? Another "oops, I f*cked up"? Likely.
