Dems and Reps both will use any tactic for their own benefit without regard to the damage it will do to others.
That said, why do Dems continue to push an agenda that is so universally reviled?
Easy. Their master want them to.
You're caught in an echo chamber. Not everyone thinks as you do, not everyone has the same views as you, or sees the world as you see it. The Democratic agenda is in fact not universally reviled. There are a lot of people who agree with and support the things national Democrats are supporting. You aren't in the majority with your worldview that includes Q or even just conservative ideas. If you think that is the majority, you need to check yourself and the echo chambers you're in.
