I believe it will be a majority of the Senate that votes to confirm. This judge, if vetted properly and wasn’t placed in this position to further the moral decay in the U.S., wouldn’t even be considered. Where is the hue and cry re. racism vs. qualifications. It has come down down to assigning numbers rather than names to candidates so justice is blind and decisions are made based on education and job performance? This is how it needs to be done for college admissions-a number assigned for SAT/ACT tests and that number is used for applications. No identifying names, races, addresses which could impact admission decisions. However, if a SCOTUS is confirmed by a Congress which is illegitimate (based on stolen votes), and nominated by an illegal President, doesn’t that SCOTUS become null and void?
