This is the way it should be. You have a right to self-defense, not a right to commit murder because you can't keep your legs together.

Exactly. And in the case of rape, there's always the morning-after pill which can be taken 120 hours after sex to prevent ovulation and inhibit the fertilization/implantation process before she becomes pregnant. There is no valid excuse, with the exception of a medical emergency, to have an abortion.
