I've posted about this many times, specially a lil while back when duckduckgo revealed themselves.
When comparing search results, yandex was the ONLY one not rife with bs propaganda in it's first page of results
Talking about privacy, who can say? Even those that claim not to log ip's and such, that's just a claim, nothing can guarantee you they actually follow through.
The only thing about Yandex to be aware of is that they probably DO suppress things that are critical of the Russian government. Iām not 100% certain but I think Yandex may be a state sponsored/controlled company.
That said, it will definitely show you real results about anything critical of the West and that is why I like it.
