I work for a large bank, and I have been an anon since 2019 and I still don’t understand how it all works. I can tell that the banks screw ppl over left and right. I worked at the bank when the government was “helping” people with their crappy mortgages after the crash in 2008. I found out then that they were screwing ppl. The banks compartmentalize everything so that all the jobs are segregated and broken down into separate departments. The low level people can’t tell when the other depts do. It’s very much the case of the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. And none of them understand how it all ties into the bigger picture. It’s on purpose
