If this was just filed they have plenty of time to respond. Hell, they can even pick up the phone and ask nicely for an extension of time to respond. Or even motion the court. This being what it is, its not going to be a simple canned response. And even in basic civil court cases like car accidents, attorneys tend to wait to closer to the deadline to respond.
