Makes PERFECT sense...

Look at the timing. Trump files a RICO suit yesterday, and Manchin is ready to approve today.

The 'bad guys' finally put enough pressure on Manchin to get him to fall in line.

'They' need this lawsuit to 'go away' (without discovery, etc), and (ultimately) the appeals process ends up at SCOTUS.

They really need to control SCOTUS.

We are watching a movie, carefully planned, knowing that the enemies of America will not be able to hide from this much fire the entire time. [They] will be forced to reveal themselves before this is over, and only the true patriots will be left standing.
