For a good part at the start he was talking about using it for the homo agenda.

If indeed we succeed in hacking/reengineering life this will be the greatest revolution in the history of humanity. 13:45
Science is replacing evolution by natural selection with evolution of intelligent design, not the intelligent design of some God in the clouds. He said God with a lot of contempt
14:48
Our clouds will be the IBM clouds the microsoft clouds, these are the new driving forces of evolution. 14:55
The ownership of data is very important, If (((we))) don't regulate it a tiny elite will come to control our societies but the shape of life forms in the future. 15:20

Interviewer asks when will this tech be used, yuval replied maybe a couple decades, noone knows exactly.
Do you see any people talking about using this tech?
A very small group understand what is happening and what is at stake. Some of the big corporations understand and especially the Chinese government.
China is using social media to monitor its citizens but also to gather info about public sentiment and to make sure they stay ahead of the public, do you see china as a place as the digital dictatorship will emerge?
Israel is really trying to follow every place and individual...Israel doesn't have the tech to go inside a humans body but we are maybe 5-10 years away from the technology. Video made in 2018
Interviewer: It makes 1984 sound like child's play, (big smirk and smile on her face)
You say you don't know what to do about this, but imagine you were the dictator what would you do right now?
If one country stops or refuses to do research in this field you can't stop other countries fron researching and then you have a race, unless you have a (((global))) agreement
Do you want the scientists to take control, the UN, the WEF?
Its just beginning, we don't have to plan for it we should just be aware that this is what we are facing, we are in a analogous position we just need time. We should first have a discussion.
In your vision of the digital economy, it's not quite the picture normal economist have, people give up data in exchange for services and that is something no economic model can capsulate. So I'm curious when you look at this problem, who is going to take these overarching view to talk about these issues?
Hopefully everybody, I think maybe the most important exchange will be healthcare. Do you give data about your health for far better healthcare.? My guess is health will win, people will give up their privacy in exchange for healthcare and maybe in many places they won't have a choice. They won't get insurance if they won't give access[ to having a chip inside the body monitoring].
Some notable quotes from the presentation.
