So I was listening to one of my podcasts talking about the possibility of Kenaji Jackson actually getting approved for the SC.

Here is my question for someone much smarter than I am.

I know it is probable that many of his EO's etc. will be reversed and if my dream comes true all the illegal votes for Senators and Representatives will be "fixed."

But if it is proven Biden is NOT our President and DJT is put back where he belongs, will this also negate his pick for the SC?
