When does "Only Congress can declare war" kick in ? Is the real reason there are no Troops in The Ukraine, because bidet does not have CIC rank?

Is he trying to bypass Congress and lead NATO into an ambush, for un-authorised belligerence ?

Any Plane Fags want to comment on which aircraft is hauling The Bidet around Europe ? That is, if he is even in Europe.

100% it’s because Biden has no control over the military. Trump is still commander in chief—that’s why we’re not fighting for the deep state in Ukraine.
