I was unable to access the site he uploaded the pdfs to as it was blocking my VPN connection.

I disconnected from VPN, downloaded the files, and uploaded a copy to Catbox-

VPN= Virtual Private Network

While connected to VPN, the website Maxey uploaded the files to would not load.

I had to turn off VPN to download the files.

Here's a link to the file so others can stay connected to their VPNs.
