Hmm, I always thought that Foo Fighters were some type of alien probes that were checking out our bombers as we demolished Germany. They kind of floated around our planes going:

The Foo Fighters resemble the types of entities that the UFO expert Steven Greer and his followers are able to interact with today. They have a protocol where they invite these entities using mind speak and then they look up in the sky and they see them.
